How to Set up Prayer Times on Athan App
To set up prayer times (Prayer Times with Azan Alarm) on the Athan app, follow these steps:

- Open the Athan app and go to the Settings menu.
- Under the “Prayer Times” section, tap on “Location” and allow the app to access your device’s location services. To get automatic Adhan, this will automatically detect your current location and set the prayer times accordingly.
- If you want to manually set a different location, tap on “Change Location” and either enter the city name or use the map to pinpoint the desired location.
- Once the location is set, you can adjust the calculation method for prayer times by tapping on “Calculation Method”. The app offers various options like Muslim World League, Egyptian General Authority, etc. Select your preferred method.
- You can also set the Asr calculation method (Shafi’i, Hanafi, etc.) and adjust settings like Imsak, Isha interval, and Fajr angle under the “Advanced Settings” option.
- To enable prayer time notifications/alarms, go to the “Notifications” section and toggle on the “Azan Alarm” option. You can then customize the notification sound, vibration pattern, and other preferences for each prayer time.
- You can set a reminder for each prayer by enabling the “Reminder” option and specifying the desired time before the prayer.
